Cancellation Policy
🛑 Don't Cry Tattoo Co. — Non-Refund Policy At Don't Cry Tattoo Co., we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom tattoo work and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. 🔒 Policy Details Deposits: All deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable. Deposits are required to reserve your time with an artist and cover design preparation. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new date. Completed Tattoos: Once a tattoo is completed, no refunds will be issued. Tattooing is a collaborative process, and clients are encouraged to communicate clearly with their artist throughout the session. Design Approval: Clients will have the opportunity to review and approve the design before tattooing begins. Once approved, changes may not be possible during the session. Touch-Ups: We offer free touch-ups within 3 months of your appointment, provided proper aftercare was followed. Touch-ups do not include changes to the original design. No-Show or Late Cancellation: Failure to show up or cancel within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Rebooking will require a new deposit. ⚠️ Important Notes Tattoo results may vary based on skin type, placement, and aftercare. We are not responsible for fading, healing issues, or changes due to client negligence. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with design choices that were approved prior to tattooing. By booking with Don't Cry Tattoo Co., you acknowledge and agree to this Non-Refund Policy.
