Welcome to Don't Cry Tattoo Co. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including appointments, consultations, deposits, and interactions via our website and in-studio. By booking with us, purchasing our services, or visiting our studio, you agree to the following terms:
1. Appointments and Consultations

All tattoo appointments require either a deposit or a confirmed consultation with the assigned artist.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule an appointment at our discretion.

If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice may forfeit their appointment and deposit.
2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to book and hold your tattoo appointment.

The deposit goes toward the final cost of your tattoo.

Deposits are non-transferable between clients or artists.

If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in loss of your deposit.

No-shows and late cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit.
3. Age Requirements

All clients must be 18 years of age or older.

A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) is required before any tattoo session.
4. Health and Safety

Clients must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies before the appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe tattooing would pose a health risk to the client or artist.

For everyone’s safety, we maintain a clean, sterile environment following all local health regulations and best practices.
5. Artwork and Design

Custom tattoo designs are created for each client based on their consultation.

Designs are not released before the appointment unless arranged with the artist.

All designs remain the intellectual property of the artist until the tattoo is completed.
6. Refund Policy

All sales, services, and deposits are final.

We do not offer refunds for completed tattoos, deposits, or missed appointments.

If you are unsatisfied with your tattoo, please speak with your artist directly to discuss touch-ups or potential solutions.
7. Touch-Ups

Touch-ups are offered at the artist’s discretion and may be free or subject to a fee depending on the situation.

Touch-ups do not cover damage caused by improper aftercare or client negligence.
8. Studio Conduct

Respectful behavior is required at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, including harassment, intoxication, or disruptive conduct.

Only the person being tattooed is allowed in the procedure area unless otherwise approved.
9. Accessibility Notice

Our studio is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs.

If you require accessibility assistance, please contact us in advance to discuss options or accommodations.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any changes.
